Under this category you can include your direct contact numbers to enable the clients to contact you directly. You are not liable to pay any commission or brokerage to our company.

Advertising Fee:

• The advertising charge for this service is LKR. 3,500 /- for a period of Two (2) months.
  This facility is not for co-operate clients and We do not recommend in publishing properties with high values, situated in Colombo & suburbs and in other urban areas.

We publish selected photographs maximum up to 6 on www.lankaland.lk web site with a full-page detail write-up regarding the location, property details, available facilities & price with your direct contact information. Your advertisement will be published on www.lankaland.lk for a period of Six (6) Months. Once you found a client/ tenant, you have to inform us to remove the advertisement from the web page.

If our representative need to visit the property to take photographs:

- Within Colombo suburbs : LKR 6,000/- Only,

- Outside Colombo suburbs : LKR 6,000/- + Traveling
(Traveling Cost is calculated according to the distance from Colombo @ LKR. 30.00 per Km)

We publish selected photographs maximum up to 12 on www.lankaland.lk web site with a full-page detail write-up regarding the location, property details, available facilities & price details with your direct contact information. Your advertisement will be published on www.lankaland.lk for a period of Twelve (12) Months. Further your property advertisement will be E-mailed to over 80,000 prospective clients around the world. We also publish a Google Map indicating your property location for the easy access of the client.

Note: Under all categories, Advertisement can be modified without an extra FEE.

Your advertisement will be published on www.lankaland.lk until the property is sold or leased out. Further we offer Banner Advertisement on our home page for a period of One Month. Banner advertisement will help to give more impressions among the viewers and will give better results.

- Within Colombo suburbs : LKR 16,000/- Only,

- Outside Colombo suburbs : LKR 16,000/- + Traveling

The property owner can select either Category No. 2, 3 or 4 to advertise the property under our web site and the advertising fee should be paid in advance. One of our Agents will visit the site and do assessment and will decide whether Lankaland will undertake the property on commission basis category. If we are satisfied to give our Real Estate service, we will advertise the property including our contact details and property owner need to hand over relevant document to LANKALAND.

If we are not in a position to undertake your property due to some constrains, you can select other advertising categories.
