You are expected to E-mail, Fax or Post the details of your property with photographs, Location Map, Survey Plan of the property. The advertising charge for this service is LKR. 1,500 /- until the property is SOLD. This facility is not allowed for co-operate clients.

It is not advisable to publish the property of higher value, situated in Colombo suburbs and in other urban areas. Under this category you can include your direct contact numbers to enable the clients to contact you directly. You are not liable to pay commission or broker fee for our company after the property is sold. * Conditions Apply.

Category No. 2 (Recommended Category)

Our Sales Representative will visit your property & take several photographs, & publish maximum up to 30 selected photographs on Lankaland.lk web site with a full-page detail write-up regarding the location, property details, available facilities & price details with your direct contact information.

We will publish your advertisement on Lankaland.lk until the property is sold or leased out; if you get a client, you have to inform us to remove the advertisement from the web page.

We always guarantee prompt & best-dedicated service. We regularly do inform the customers in our database of all new advertisements & get their feedback. Apart from this, we have around 50,000 prospective E-mail addresses database who are looking to buy property and interested in Real Estate property around the globe.

Note: The fee should be paid in advance to our bank accounts and fax the bank slip to Fax No. +94 33 22 29695. After confirmation of the payment, our agents will visit the relevant property within 24 hours in Colombo suburbs and within 2 days in outstations.

Category No. 3

One of our Agents will visit the site and do assessment and will decide whether Lankaland will undertake or not your property under this category. If we decide to give our Real Estate service we will advertise the details of your property on our web site, with the maximum of Thirty (30) photograph to obtain the highest offer.

Advertising Fee similar to the above Category

In addition to the advertising fee we reserve the right to sell the property to your satisfaction charging a commission of 3% from the sale value, (when we provide you a prospective client).

Note: Under all categories, Advertisement can be modified without an extra FEE.
